What’s new in Zaptiz

Zaptiz Construction is now live for Indian contractors.

• Pre-construction: leads, clients and sites, BOQs with Excel import, rate analysis, quotations and contract award with retention, advance and liquidated-damages terms.
• Project control: budgets derived from the contract BOQ, a cost ledger that posts itself from POs, GRNs, muster, plant logs and subcontract bills, change orders and a per-project timeline.
• Procurement and stores: material requests, value-based PO approvals, goods receipts and company and site stores.
• Site: daily progress reports, labour muster, equipment logs, snags, quality inspections and safety incidents.
• Billing: RA bills measured against the contract BOQ, retention, GST invoices and a payments register.
• AI: an assistant that answers from your project data, plus agents for BOQ generation, rate suggestions, procurement, invoice and challan reading, RA bill drafting, cost overruns, productivity, collections, GST and TDS, and a daily site briefing. Agents prepare drafts; people confirm them.
• Security: two-factor authentication, one active session per user, project-level access and server-side financial privacy.

• Document titles: quotations and other drafts can be given meaningful names; titles freeze once a document is approved or sent.
• Match to Catalog: re-links placeholder ₹0 lines on a quotation or BOM to real products in your catalogue, so prices come through.
• Notification inbox: a dedicated page for every alert, with read and unread states.

• The photo analyser uses the most recent prices from your imported supplier price lists.
• BOMs created from a photo keep the brand tier you chose — low, mid or premium — on every line.

• GSTR-1: the GST agent prepares GSTR-1 figures from your invoices for review. Zaptiz never files returns for you.
• TDS/TCS: choose TDS or TCS on sales invoices and see them in a TDS/TCS register with CSV export.

• GST engine: CGST, SGST and IGST are calculated once when an invoice is created and stored with it, with gap-free numbering per financial year.
• Stripe: connect your own Stripe account for card payment links alongside Razorpay.
• Billing approvals: plan changes and credit top-ups are submitted as requests and confirmed by the Zaptiz team.

• Change prices by a percentage or an amount, set a fixed price, apply a multiplier or a margin on cost.
• Rounding, floor and ceiling options.
• A dry-run preview shows every change before you apply it.

• My Day: overdue, today and upcoming follow-ups plus open deals with no next step.
• Contacts: a directory with consent flags, duplicate merge and a guided CSV import.
• Pipeline stages: rename, reorder and add stages, set win probabilities and flag stuck deals.
• Campaigns: rule-based email audiences with merge fields, test sends and per-recipient results, sent through your own Brevo account.

• Voice: dictate questions, use hands-free mode or have answers read aloud.
• Drawing analyser: PDF and image drawings are analysed line by line; each line is marked matched, needs review or no match, and only lines you confirm become BOM items.
• Lead to customer: leads now link cleanly to customers, BOMs, quotations and sales orders.
