AI use is metered in credits. Each plan includes an allowance, extra credit packs are available on Zaptiz Electrical, every call is logged, and per-user rate limits stop runaway usage. Support conversations with the in-app desk do not use credits.

Does Zaptiz use AI?

Yes — inside the workflows rather than as a separate chatbot. AI reads drawings, photos, price lists and supplier invoices, drafts BOMs, BOQs, quotations, purchase orders, goods receipts and bills, and answers questions about your own data.

What AI features are available?

Will AI change my records without asking?

No. Agents prepare drafts — quotations, purchase orders, goods receipts, bills — and a person confirms them. Automatic sending, where it exists, is off by default and must be switched on by an admin.
